MR R & J LLC is looking for a motivated Apprentice / Helper to join our hardworking team in Waynesboro, MS! Responsibilities:
- Assist lead technicians or tradespeople with daily job tasks and project work
- Safely handle, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
- Learn trade-specific skills and techniques through on-the-job training
- Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and company procedures
- Support the team with general labor and miscellaneous duties as needed
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — willingness to learn and work hard is a must
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors
- Basic understanding of hand tools and job site safety is a plus
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow
